HOW DO I BOOK A SHOOT?
- Message me with the session type, preferred date and a few details about your idea
- I confirm availability and we agree on the date, time and location
- If required, deposit secures the booking
- After the shoot I retouch and deliver the final photos within 10 days. You’ll get a private link to your online gallery
Booking & Payment
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A deposit is required for some bookings, depending on the date and type of session.
I may ask for one during the busy season, for weekend bookings, longer projects or sessions that require significant travel.
Depending on the booking, the deposit is usually 50% of the total price or €100. I’ll always confirm this with you before the booking is finalised.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or Revolut, or in cash after the photoshoot.
I’ll send you the payment details privately when we confirm the booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know as early as possible.
I’ll always try to find another date that works with both my schedule and your plans. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, the deposit may be non-refundable.
ARE TRAVEL AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCLUDED?
Travel outside Athens, studio rental, entrance fees, ferry tickets, accommodation and other additional expenses are not included unless they are specifically mentioned in the offer.
If your session requires any additional costs, I’ll let you know before the booking is confirmed.
Photos & Delivery
WHO SELECTS THE FINAL PHOTOS?
It depends on the type of session. For most personal photoshoots, I select the strongest images and deliver the number of photographs agreed before the session — and usually a few more when possible.
For branding, business and corporate photography, clients can usually take part in the selection, as choosing specific images is often important for a website, campaign or professional use.
All delivered photographs receive colour correction and basic retouching where needed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Delivery time depends on the type and size of the project. Simple portrait, couple or lifestyle sessions are usually delivered within 7–10 days, and often sooner.
Larger projects such as weddings, branding sessions or events usually take around 10–14 days during the busy season. Very large galleries or projects that require extensive retouching may take longer.
The expected delivery time is always agreed before the shoot.
CAN I GET MY PHOTOS FASTER?
Rush delivery may be available for selected photoshoots. Depending on the size of the gallery and my current workload, I may be able to deliver the photographs within 3 days.
Rush editing comes with an additional fee, which I’ll confirm before the shoot.
WILL MY PHOTOS BE PUBLISHED ANYWHERE?
I usually share a small selection of photographs on my website and social media as part of my portfolio.
If you prefer your photos to remain private, just let me know before or after the session and I won’t publish them.
For confidential business projects, publication is always discussed separately.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PHOTOS?
If something about the editing doesn’t feel right, just tell me and I can usually make some adjustments.
If the photos match the style we discussed but you simply don’t like how you look in them, a free reshoot or refund isn’t normally offered.
If there is a technical problem on my side, however, I’ll take responsibility and we’ll find a solution.
