HOW IT WORKS

Tell me what you need: event type, date and schedule. You’ll receive a tailored quote based on your request.
2. Book
Once we agree on the coverage, schedule and quote, I’ll confirm your booking in writing. No deposit is required — payment is made after the event.
3. Shoot
I capture your event exactly as agreed in the brief. Every detail is confirmed in advance for a seamless experience.
4. Delivery
You receive a private online gallery within 48–72 hours, ready to download and share.

FAQ
What types of shoots do you cover?
Corporate events, conferences, product launches, networking events, brand activations and academic or student conferences.
Where are you available?
I’m based in Athens and available for events throughout Greece. Shoots in other countries can be arranged — just include the location in your brief.
What are your payment terms?
Full payment is due right after your event — no deposit required. I accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Are your prices fixed or customizable?
Packages are based on coverage hours, deliverables and event size, so every quote is tailored to your event — see Services & Pricing for starting rates
What is your refund and rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the shoot and are subject to my availability. You can reschedule once at no extra cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable, and no-shows are charged the full booking amount.
How does the booking process work?
You send your event details, receive a tailored quote, and once confirmed, your date is secured. Full steps are outlined in the “How It Works” section above.
How soon will I receive my photos?
Your edited, high-resolution photos are delivered within 48–72 hours through a private online gallery.
Are edits included in the quote?
Yes, professional editing is included in every package — no separate editing fee.
What if I need revisions?
Up to two rounds of minor adjustments are included at no extra cost. More extensive changes or additional retouching may require an extra fee, which I’ll always discuss and confirm with you in advance.
What if the photographer cannot make it last minute?
In the unlikely event I’m unable to attend, I’ll do my best to arrange a trusted replacement photographer so your event is still covered.
Who owns the photos after delivery?
Once full payment is received, you receive complete usage rights for commercial, internal, and marketing purposes. By default, I may feature selected work in my portfolio or marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
Can you work alongside a videographer?
Yes. I can coordinate with a videographer hired by your team or recommend someone from my professional network, subject to availability.
Can you deliver selected images shortly after the event?
Yes. I can prepare a priority selection of 10–15 edited photographs shortly after the event for social media, press releases or event highlights. Please request this in advance so I can plan the editing time accordingly.
Do you provide invoices?
I’m currently unable to issue business invoices. If your company requires an invoice for accounting purposes, please let me know before booking.
