The brief
The client wanted a series of fitness portraits for his page, where he shares his preparation for an Ironman.
The aim was to create images that felt strong, focused and athletic, while still looking natural and personal.
Since it was his first professional photoshoot, I wanted the session to feel clear, relaxed and easy to follow.
Planning the session
Before the shoot, we looked through Pinterest references together and discussed the visual direction, clothing and overall mood.
We decided to keep the style clean, focused and fitness-oriented, with a simple studio setting that would draw attention to his posture, expression and physical preparation.
The photoshoot
The session took place in a black-box studio in Athens and lasted one hour.
The client had never been on a professional photoshoot before, so I guided him throughout the session. I showed him how to stand, where to place his hands and how to move naturally in front of the camera.
He did not need any modelling experience. The posing guidance was part of the process.
The result
The final images were created for the client’s training page and personal brand.
The series combines a clean fitness style with natural portraits that show his strength, focus and preparation for the Ironman.
