Birthday Party Photography in Athens
This birthday photoshoot was organised as a surprise by the birthday girl’s older brother. He wanted to preserve the memories of a special evening without telling her a photographer would be there.
The celebration took place in a cosy pizzeria surrounded by family and friends. Most of the guests were teenagers, so the evening was full of energy, laughter and completely unpredictable moments.
Instead of asking everyone to pose, I focused on documenting the celebration naturally while also taking a few family portraits and birthday photographs around the cake. We even came up with small games and ideas on the spot to keep everyone relaxed and engaged.
The entire event was photographed with flash because of the indoor lighting, allowing me to capture the atmosphere while keeping skin tones natural and the images bright.
